Microsoft is now shifting it to StartMenuExperienceHost.exe, to deliver the best possible Start experience. Currently, the Start is hosted by ShellExperienceHost.exe.

After the update, when users will click the search box in the taskbar, it will offer enhanced search experience. The new experience is expected to be available in April this year with the major Windows 10 update.
